DELISH!!!

Can you say YUMMY! there was an enfamil lecture tonight. no this may not sound exciting to you and it really isn't BUT... here is the exciting part. it was at III Forks. YUM! For those of you who don't know this is a fantastic upscale steakhouse. In fact, it was the place that Kirk took me to eat at the night he proposed. there were 11 of us from the unit I work in (several of the hospitals were invited) What a great night to get together with friends that you work with, dress up and eat a 3 course meal at III forks for FREE! The meal consists of: the III forks salad, 10 ounce filet,along side the snap peas/ corn/ mashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes and finally chocolate mousse with blueberries. of course the idiot that i am did not remember to whip out the camera until we were all leaving so several people had already left. Sorry guys! for those friends of mine who couldn't make it... you were missed, but we enjoyed the meal for you!
